Rippledown House hostel is situated close to Dover and has recently been newly refurbished. It is clean, comfortable and an ideal venue with easy access to explore the white cliffs, Dover Castle and nearby Canterbury before returning to the unique Victorian rectory with extensive grounds. The accommodation offers a room in a mixed dormitory for up to 6-8 people on a room only, B&B, self-catering and half board option.

Continental breakfast and traditional English dinner (booked in advance as an upgrade) are all freshly cooked from locally sourced produce. Packed lunches (booked in advance as an upgrade) can be provided on request which include sandwiches, fruit, biscuits, crisps and a drink. With three acres of garden and grounds including fenced pond, picnic area, camp fire, kitchen garden, games shed and woodland trail. Fully equipped kitchen and washing-up area, which includes crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, fridge and freezer space. There are two dining rooms in the main house which can seat up to 50 people and during the summer months a marquee on the lawn with seating up to 300 people. The lounge has been newly refurbished and has a reading corner, piano, books and games. In additional there are smaller separate lounges in the main house and stables annexe. Internet wireless connection, and DVD available in the smaller lounge. Central heating throughout.

Check In: 3.00pm Check Out: 10.00am Directions: From Dover head southwest on Pencester Rd toward Biggin Street and turn right onto Biggin Street then turn left onto Priory Street and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto York Street (A256) and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Townwall Street (A20) at next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Jubilee Way (A2) and the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A258 and the destination will be on the left. Nearest Train Station: Walmer Station
