Situated on the third floor of a large victorian home is a very bright and comfortable private guest room, with its own large bathroom. This guest suite has internet connections, TV and DVDs. Free parking is available on the street outside and the bus, train and tube are all 5mins walk at the bottom of the road. Breakfast can be included and is served in the huge kitchen looking out onto the garden. Telegraph Hill is a leafy green conservation area in New Cross Gate, south east London. Home to the Internationally renowned Goldsmiths University of London. The area has beautifully landscaped parks with tennis courts and community cafes. New Cross Gate is vibrant, urban and with great transport connections to Central London, it’s an ideal base for experiencing and enjoying the capital – one of the most exciting cities in the world. It is artistic, buzzy and multi-cultural with loads of great pubs, restaurants and oddball shops. The property is very close to historical Greenwich, trendy Deptford and beautiful Blackheath - all easily reached on foot or by bus. Best suited to anyone who likes the alternative London scene and wants to experience REAL London. New Cross will connect you to all the major sights that London has to offer and the property is ideally situated for any visits to Greenwich or east London. The house was built at the turn of the last century in 1890. At the end of the victorian era. It is situated in a conservation area, established to protect this type of historic archetecture. Continental breakfast is served in the kitchen between 8.00am-10.00am which enjoys garden views or on the patio in the summertime. Available for the guest room only.
