Holland Hall, University of Exeter

The availability for 2020 falls during the Easter & Summer Vacations as follows - Easter Vacation 1st April - 21st April 2020 & Summer Vacation 17th June - 8th September 2020. Holland Hall is a stunning modern residence with a glass fronted dining room with panoramic views over the Exe Estuary, and is only 1½ miles from the City Centre and is approx a 20 minute walk. The rooms have a 4* Campus Graded Accreditation by Visit Britain (it is not a hotel). All bedrooms are ensuite and include a shower, toilet and wash basin as well as complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge. All bedlinen and towels are also provided. Please note the bedrooms do not have televisions, however there is a communal area (subject to availability) with a TV for guests to use. All bedrooms are non smoking. Several rooms at Holland Hall are on the ground floor. If you have a specific disability/access requirement, please mention this in the 'Additional Information' section of the booking form so it can be verified if there is a room available to suit. Please note, Holland Hall is set on a hill and a selection of bedrooms do have views however this can't be guaranteed at the time of booking.

A cooked English & Continental breakfast is included in the room price, served in the glass fronted dining hall between 7.30am - 9.30am. Streatham Campus, where Holland Hall is based, is a beautiful attraction in itself. There are over 350 acres of landscaped grounds, parks, woodlands and lakes for you to enjoy. Wifi Internet access is available. There is no charge for this service. A password giving guest account access will be issued upon arrival and this can be arranged at the Porters' Lodge at Holland Hall upon check-in. Iron and ironing boards and a laundrette are also available. Please bring your own hairdryer and alarm clock as these are not provided in the rooms, however there are a small number available at reception subject to availability (refundable deposit required). Other on-campus facilities near Holland Hall include a mini supermarket (open weekdays), cash machines, vending machines and outdoor swimming pool (chargeable) open from May - September Free Car Parking is available at Holland Hall for the duration of your stay (subject to availability) Onsite security team with 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

On arrival please report to the Porters' Lodge to check in. Please note if using a Sat Nav device then enter the postcode EX4 4QR to lead you to the Streatham Campus and then follow the campus signage to Holland Hall / Mardon Hall. Please do not select Clydesdale Road as this will take you to a residential area.
