Alba House offers ten individually designed bedrooms which are all spacious, light and airy, available as double and twins to suit all tastes and budgets. All rooms represent great value for money and supreme comfort. In addition, Alba House also offers a self-contained, fully equipped cottage, set in the garden grounds to the rear of the main house, which is ideal for families or small groups.

Traditional Scottish Victorian Villa which has been restored to its original splendour and offers many original features. Freshly cooked Scottish breakfast serviced from 7.30am-9.00am which includes local produce, cereals, toast, jams, tea, coffee and fruit juices. Guests may relax in the garden. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen television with free-view, radio alarm and I-pod docking stations and free Wi-Fi. Private parking on site for guests use.

Arrival information

By Car: At Straiton Junction branch left, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A701, At Kaimes Junction/traffic signals continue forward onto the A701. At traffic signals bear left onto the A701. Arrive on Craigmillar Park By Rail: Waverley Station, under 10 minutes walk away. By Air: Edinburgh Airport. From the airport, take the Airlink Bus for £3.50 to the last stop (Waverly Station).
