Welcome to the Blossom Guest House where friendly and affordable accommodation is offered with free parking and free Wi-Fi close to Edinburgh City Centre. Located on a main bus route with easy access to the heart of Edinburgh city centre which is only 5 minutes away from Princes Street. All guest house bedrooms are tastefully furnished and some enjoy attractive views of the extinct volcano of Arthur's Seat. Chose from a choice of 7 bedrooms which include, single, twin, double and family bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests. All bedrooms are ensuite and include a full English breakfast. This is a strictly no smoking establishment.

A traditional stone-built Edinburgh Town House where Victorian period features have been carefully combined with a mixture of modern facilities and amenities to provide a home-from-home experience for visitors who return time and again for a warm welcome. The breakfast menu is very varied and includes: chilled fruit juice, yoghurts, fruit compote, cereals/porridge, selection of cheeses, croissants/oatcakes and bakery items. Scottish breakfast can consist of grilled sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms served with eggs of choice, fried/poached or scrambled. Brown or white toast with marmalade and preserves all served with tea or cafetière coffee. All bedrooms include the following facilities; Colour TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, all linen & towels provided, extra blankets provided, central heating and cots available on request. The dining room can be used as a residents lounge in the afternoons and evenings.
