An historic country house, the elegant Château La Chaire has been enhanced and transformed into a luxury 14 bedroom hotel providing exceptional levels of comfort and service. Many of the bedrooms feature balconies overlooking the remains of the famous terraced gardens. The Chateau lies on the edge of Rozel Bay fishing village and is ideal for both luxury holidays and short breaks. The hotel holds 4 AA Stars and 2 Restaurant Rosettes Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands, and has many places to visit such as Mont Orgueil Castle, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, Jersey War Tunnels, Eric Young Orchid Foundation, La Mare Wine Estate and of course tax free shopping. There are many sporting pursuits available on the island from water sports, to golf and is a walkers paradise with walks around the rugged coastline, country lanes or woods.

Breakfast is included in the room price and is served freshly to order. Guests can enjoy dining in either the brassiere style dining area offering moderately priced, hearty meals in a relaxed setting. Or The 'La Chaire' Restaurant which is renowned for its local fresh fish & seafood and is a popular destination for many locals and visitors to the area. A lot of the fish is delivered straight from the harbour at Rozel ensuring the best quality available. Sample a few cocktails in the oak panelled Raymond's bar or try a craft beer, liqueur or champagne as a pre dinner drink or to round off your day. Guests have the freedom to explore 5 acres of woodland and guests may borrow a ladies and gents mountain bike during their stay to explore further afield. Arrival information

Directions: By Air: Jersey Airport (25 minutes drive to the hotel) Visitors to Jersey can choose from a number of airlines offering scheduled flights from many regional UK airports, as well as charter flights during the busier summer months. By Boat: To St Helier (15 minutes drive to the hotel) Condor Ferries operate a car and passenger service from England’s south coast ports of Poole and Portsmouth to St Helier. Guests can choose to travel by fast ferry or the more leisurely, but comprehensively equipped, conventional car ferry.
