A lot of the fish is delivered straight from the harbour at Rozel ensuring the best quality available. Directions: By Air: Jersey Airport (25 minutes drive to the hotel) Visitors to Jersey can choose from a number of airlines offering scheduled flights from many regional UK airports, as well as charter flights during the busier summer months. By Boat: To St Helier (15 minutes drive to the hotel) Condor Ferries operate a car and passenger service from England’s south coast ports of Poole and Portsmouth to St Helier. Guests can choose to travel by fast ferry or the more leisurely, but comprehensively equipped, conventional car ferry.
