The University of Sheffield's Endcliffe Residences is pleased to welcome you. Offering a unique accommodation experience within landscaped grounds and amenities a short walk away. Located 10 minutes from Sheffield city center and 15 minutes from the M1 motorway. All bedrooms are single ensuite and have fresh bed linen and towels, Free Wi-Fi access and car parking (Permit from reception is required). Please note there are NO TV's or telephones in any of the bedrooms.

The Endcliffe Village opened in 2007 replacing the old hall of residence (Sorby Hall) offers students new single en-suite accommodation set in a quiet residential area a short walk away from Sheffield City Centre. From 9 July 2019, all rates included Breakfast - this will be served in The Edge Dining room. Mon-Sat 7.30am - 9.00am Sunday 8.00am - 10.00am **During busy periods times may change Set in landscaped grounds with a large pond, ideal for sitting and relaxing around. Just a short walk from the residence are the Sheffield Botanical Gardens - covering 19 acres and offering fifteen different garden areas featuring collections of plants from all over the world, including Mediterranean, Asian, American prairie-style, woodland and rock-and-water plantings. Launderette facilities are available, plus complimentary WIFI in the communal areas of The Edge and all bedrooms. There is an onsite ATM for cash withdrawals. The Main Reception area within The Edge provides a 24 hour contact point and there is 24hr security on-site at all times. There is an on-site shop located at The Endcliffe Residences and offers a selection of groceries, drinks, and toiletries. The shop is open 7 days a week.

Arrival information

Check In: From 2.00pm Check Out: By 10.00am **Check in is at The Edge (This is within the Endcliffe Village). Parking: Limited free parking is available. Car parking permits can be requested on check - in and are required to be displayed at all times. (Parking permits are available from The Edge reception and are free of charge). There is also street parking. All parking is subject to availability throughout the course of your stay. ** Please note car parking can NOT be reserved. A taxi from the train station takes approx. 10-15 minutes at normal times. Costing approx £5 one way.
