Situated in an ideal location just outside Church Stretton between Shrewsbury and Ludlow, with easy access to Much Wenlock and Ironbridge. Field House makes a perfect base to visit nearby attractions. This rural, cottage style guest house has received a prestigious AA 5 Star Award 2014 thanks to it's bespoke and comfortable bedrooms, freshly cooked breakfast and personable service. Field House Guest House has a selection of spacious and comfortable double or twin bed rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and their own heating controls. For those with mobility issues, a ground floor room is available with a walk-in shower for easy access.All rooms have ensuite shower rooms, TV’s, hospitality trays, and Wi-Fi connection.
Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.00am in the dining room on the ground floor. The dining room features individual tables and we offer an extensive breakfast menu to set you up for the day, containing all fresh and locally sourced produce. Alternatively you can use the private, fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to make yourself something. Guests have the freedom to wander in the grounds which includes a handmade Sheperds Hut and a wildlife pool. Plenty of free on-site parking. Each room comes with a well-stocked hospitality tray, which features a range of hot and cold drinks, biscuits, fruit, sweets and bottled water to help you settle in and feel at home. Guests can enjoy the games room which has a full size snooker table that doubles up for table tennis plus a pool table.
