Hillcrest Hotel, Lincoln

The Hillcrest Hotel was originally built as a Rectory, and now is a small family run hotel offering most rooms with views over Lincoln Arboretum, a quiet and peaceful setting. The hotel is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of historic Lincoln with its many attractions such as Lincoln Cathedral, Castle and Museums. All bedrooms are ensuite, mostly with a shower, and have a flatscreen television and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Complimentary tea & coffee facilities in each room, also every room has a feather quilt & top pillow, which can be changed if requested.

Built in the Victorian era, Hillcrest's former use was as a rectory for the clergy. Designed in the classic Victorian style, the hotel still retains some original features. Breakfast is served in the Conservatory Restaurant with its peaceful setting and views over the garden and parkland. All food is freshly prepared using local ingredients. The bar & restaurant for evening meals is open Monday to Saturday, but must be pre-booked prior to arrival Stroll or sit in the peaceful gardens which have views directly over the arboretum, parkland and city.
