Knelle Dower Studio near Rye is set in beautiful countryside in the grounds of a 15th century historic house and is surrounded by many local attractions such as the Cinque Port of Rye, Winchelsea and Camber Sands. The 5* B&B accommodation for two offers a self-contained and totally private studio furnished with contemporary and traditional furniture and fittings. There is an ensuite shower room with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen with a fridge stocked with drinks, kettle, coffee making machine and a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Breakfast is served between 9.00am - 9.30am and consists of a full English from locally sourced produce or a continental option and weather permitting is served on the front terrace otherwise in the kitchen/dining room.

Go through Northiam and turn onto the B2088 to Rye and the entrance to the B&B will be found between 'Talisman' and 'Boundary House'. Nearest Railway Station: Rye station is 7 miles away and costs £10.00 by taxi or Etchingham is 8 miles and costs £12.00.
