St Andrew's Square is situated in a quiet cul de sac three miles from Durham City Centre in North East England. The city sits south of Newcastle and is famous for its Norman Cathedral and 11th century Castle. Durham it is a market town, holding regular outdoor markets and a permanent indoor market and is home to Durham University, one of England's oldest universities. Durham has a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as a range of boutiques and well known shops. The accommodation is a no smoking three bedroom spacious modern town house sleeping up to 5 people it is fully equipped with quality furnishings and ample free parking. Pets are welcome at prior arrangement and there are excellent public transport links for those not wishing to drive. Please note there is a minimum of 2 nights stay at St Andrews Square.

St Andrew's Square is self catering and has a fully fitted kitchen including a microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a private enclosed garden and patio for the guests use. The house has a lounge with colour television, DVD, VCR Free View and mini system. High chairs, travel cots and stair gates can be provided, please advise in the additional information box when booking.

Check In: From 4.00pm Check Out: By 10.00am Directions: From Durham ciy centre head southeast on Elvet Bridge toward New Elvet Toll road and turn left onto New Elvet, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Leazes Road (A690) and continue to follow A690, go through 2 roundabouts and turn right onto Crossgate Peth. Continue to follow A690 and go through 1 roundabout then turn right onto Sawmills Lane and turn right onto Lowland Road then turn left toward St. Andrews Square and take the 1st left onto St. Andrews Square and the destination will be on the right. Nearest Train Station: Durham three miles away. Nearest Airport: Newcastle approximately 24 miles.
