The building dates from 1810 and was built as a small hotel/brewery, this is the site where Tintometer was established and is now a worldwide company. The original name was The Albion Hotel and for a brief period it was called The Baker's Arms. It was bought by the Riley family in 2007 and has been comprehensively refurbished whilst retaining many of the original Georgian features. Breakfast is a special occasion at St Anns House you can choose to start your day with one of two delicious breakfast options freshly prepared by your host, Michael. An extensive and largely handmade Buffet Menu is included in the cost of your room, or, if you’d prefer, a cooked to order 'BEST' breakfast which is now included within your room rate. All bedrooms include comfortable beds with 300 thread count Turkish linen, large wardrobe, flat screen digital television, and tea and coffee making facilities and Free Wi-Fi.

At Bishopdown Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A30/ City Centre. At Saint Mark's Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A36 Ring Road/ Southampton. Turn left onto Kelsey Road then right onto Rampart Road. At traffic signals turn right onto Milford Street, then turn left onto Gigant Street which then changes to Love Lane, turn right onto St. Ann Street. Nearest train station: Salisbury 15 minutes walk (5 minutes by car)
